Escape the thyme was founded with the mission to help individuals find balance and healing through the practice of Reiki and other spiritual avenues. I discovered the power of Reiki after experiencing a period of intense stress and anxiety. I  was amazed by the positive impact it had on my  life when added to my other spiritual tools.  

I offer a range of spiritual services to meet the needs of our clients. Our services include Reiki sessions, Tarot and card readings and spiritual guidance. I also offer distant Reiki sessions for those who are unable to come to our physical location.

I am a wife of a retired Army veteran and a mother of six wonderful beings and a grandmother of one. I promote light and love through my spiritual work. I am not a healer I only facilitate the safe space for self healing. Being the wife of a war vet I and extremely empathetic to their day to day lives and specialize in creating a safe space for them. I also specialize in teen athletes.
